From initial contact to gradual trust:

In November 2022, we received an inquiry from Bhutanese customer Karmag about a 6mm² photovoltaic cable. Due to our timely follow-up and prompt feedback, after communicating with the power cable and photovoltaic cable, the customer asked about the power distribution cabinet. Based on our With trust in service and qualifications, customers entrust us with other products and accessories needed for photovoltaic projects to help purchase. Including power distribution cabinets, photovoltaic fuse boxes, lightning rods, cable ducts, electric hoists, photovoltaic line connectors, bird-proof nets, etc.

We cherish the trust from foreign countries. In order to find the most suitable products for customer, half of the three-month period from inquiry in November to shipment in January is spent on communicating with different products. For example, the one mentioned below, down to the protection of the terminals, we have communicated one by one. Karmag is the chief engineer of this project, and getting his trust is more fulfilling than when I got the order.

It took three months and finally ready to be shipped.

There are 33 days in the three months to communicate the products that the order needs to arrive, and finally arrange the delivery to the customer before the Chinese New Year~

Offer urgent support to help customers solve problems:

At the end of the year, the finished product was sent to the customer’s agent warehouse for loading. It was the last ship before the year. The customer said that they needed a few more spares for their photovoltaic fuses, but they forgot about it. With the end of the year and the epidemic raging, many express delivery logistics are short of manpower and the timeliness is not good. However, in order to help customers purchase spare parts in time and send them to designated warehouses, we immediately contacted the store to help arrange orders and switch to SF Express. It’s not going well. The online order is usually arranged to be packaged and shipped the same night or the next day. After explaining that we have to catch up with the situation of the export cabinet, the store errand was moved by our attitude of doing our best to serve customers. Put the mouse and keyboard to the warehouse to help pack and arrange SF Express delivery. This accessory was finally delivered to the warehouse before loading. The customer is sincerely grateful for our help.
